The following Base Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

The base prospectus dated 9 April 2019 (the "Base Prospectus") for use in connection with certain notes issued from time to time by Silverstone Master Issuer PLC under its £35 billion residential mortgage-backed note issuance programme (the "Programme").

The Base Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM .
