The Company was yesterday notified that James Peggie, Non-executive Director of Sirius Real Estate, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for 34.75 cents per share. Following this transaction James Peggie has an interest in 602,678 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the total voting rights.
