Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited ('DDS' or the 'Company')

Correction

This announcement replaces the Director Shareholding announcement released by
Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited on 13 September 2007 under RNS 7762D.

The Company has been informed that on 12 September 2007, Supernova Holdings
Limited ('Supernova') purchased 300,000 long CFDs over DDS shares at an
average price of 89.75c per share.

Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited, has a
substantial indirect interest in Supernova.

Guy Naggar, Frank Oppenheim and Kevin Oppenheim, all of whom are directors
of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Sirius Real Estate Asset Management 
Limited, have a substantial direct or indirect interest in Supernova.

Following the above acquisitions, the above named individuals have the following 
interests in the Company:

and 1,465,236 long CFDs.
