              Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited ('DDS' or the 'Company')

The Company has been informed that on 13 September 2007, Supernova Holdings
Limited ('Supernova') purchased 78,289 long CFDs over DDS shares at an
average price of 89.0c per share.

The Company has also been informed that on 7 September 2007, Supernova purchased 
1,000,000 long CFDs over DDS shares at an average price of 91.33c per share.

Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited, has a
substantial indirect interest in Supernova.

Guy Naggar, Frank Oppenheim and Kevin Oppenheim, all of whom are directors
of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Sirius Real Estate Asset Management
Limited, have a substantial direct or indirect interest in Supernova.

Following the above acquisitions, the above named individuals have the following 
interests in the Company:
