Posting of Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and No Change Statement
Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany, is pleased to announce to shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") that the Annual Report, incorporating the full audited consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2018 ("Annual Report") and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") were dispatched to Shareholders today and are available on the Group's website: http://www.sirius-real-estate.com/investors/reports/. The Annual Report contains no modifications to the preliminary results which were announced by the Company on 4 June 2018.
The AGM will be held at 33 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4JS on 21 September 2018 at 9.30am (10.30 A.M. SAST).
Shareholders registered on the United Kingdom Register of shareholders (the "UK Register") by close of business on Wednesday, 19 September 2018 shall have the right to participate and vote at the AGM.
Shareholders registered on the South African Register of shareholders (the "SA Register") as of Friday, 14 September 2018 shall have the right to participate and vote at the AGM. Accordingly, the last day to trade for shareholders on the SA Register in order to be able to participate and vote at the meeting is Tuesday, 11 September 2018.
