St Ives plc - Additional listing

Further to the announcement on 15 May 2013 relating to the acquisition of Branded3 Search Limited St Ives plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 347,988 ordinary shares of 10p each to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement

between the Company and the vendors of Branded3 Search Limited and rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will be granted and trading will commence on 12 June 2014.
