St Ives plc - Additional listing

Further to the announcement on 16 March 2015 relating to the acquisition of Solstice Consulting LLP, St Ives plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of a further 2,125,254 ordinary shares of 10p each to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement between the Company and the vendors of Solstice Consulting LLP and rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will be granted and trading will commence on 27 April 2015.
