St Ives plc - Board Appointment

The Board of St Ives plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Nigel Pocklington as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1^st June 2016.

Nigel is President of eBookers.com, a European online travel agency, operated by Expedia Inc. He has held a variety of senior management positions within Expedia, including Chief Marketing Officer of Hotels.com. He spent his early career at Pearson plc, including a period leading the digital operations of the Financial Times.

Commenting on his appointment, Richard Stillwell, Chairman of St Ives plc said:

"Nigel's extensive experience in digital businesses will be of great value to the Board as the Company continues to focus on the growth of its Strategic Marketing businesses."
