Directors' shareholdings

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).

On 10 November 2011, awards were granted under the St Ives Long Term Incentive Plan 2010 (the "LTIP") to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

The awards were granted in the form of nil-cost options. 

The awards became exercisable on 13 November 2014 and remain exercisable up until 10 November 2021, subject to the participant's continued employment within the group. On 14 November 2014 the following individuals exercised their awards over the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company set out in the table below.  The individuals then sold all, or a proportion of, the shares acquired as shown in the table below.  The disposals were made on the London Stock Exchange.
