ARTICLE 8 NOTIFICATION

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (the "Issuer") This notification refers to:

(1)  the Base Prospectus dated 8 July 2016 (the Base Prospectus) for notes to be issued by the Issuer;

(2)  the supplementary prospectuses dated 19 July 2016, 26 October 2016 and 15 February 2017 (the Supplements); and

(3)  the Final Terms dated 30 May 2017 (the Final Terms) in respect of the Issue

of EUR 482 000 (Autocallable Equity Linked Securities due 1 June 2017 Series SNP584 (the

Note Issue)),

the Base Prospectus as completed by the Final Terms and the Supplements to it, together constituting a base prospectus for the purposes of Directive 2003/71/EC and Directive 2010/73/EU (the Prospectus Directive).

Pursuant to our obligations under Article 8 of the Prospectus Directive, we confirm in respect of the Note Issue the following information:

Final Aggregate Nominal Amount: EUR 482 000
