Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
SkinBioTherapeutics plc, (AIM: SBTX, or the "Company"), the life science business focused on skin health, announces that it has issued, conditional on admission, 2,349,624 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the subscription agreement entered into by the Company and an existing shareholder announced on 11 October 2024.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur, and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 17 October 2024.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company will have 228,435,909 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 228,435,909 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
