The following Final Terms dated 23 June 2023 under the Skipton Building Society €7.5 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by Skipton Covered Bonds Limited Liability Partnership, are available for viewing:

£500,000,000 Series 2023-1 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 22 June 2028
