Appointment of Director

The Board of KKV Secured Loan Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett Miller as a director with immediate effect.

Alongside his appointment as a director, Mr Miller has been appointed for an initial term of six months with extended responsibilities, and will be working closely with the Company's portfolio manager, KKV Investment Management Limited, to maximise returns for both Ordinary Shareholders and C Shareholders and, in the latter case, to effect an orderly realisation of itsassets in a manner that seeks to achieve a balance between maximising the value received from those assets and making timely returns of capital to Shareholders.

Mr Miller has considerable experience in closed-ended funds, corporate finance, corporate governance, managed wind downs and corporate restructurings and the Board believes that his appointment as a director will make a valuable contribution to the Company.  He is already known to a number of the Company's Shareholders.

Given his position as a director of the Secured Income Fund plc, which is also managed by KKV Investment Management Limited, Mr Miller is not considered independent.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13(1), Mr Miller is currently a director of:

· Secured Income Fund plc;

· Manchester and London Investment Trust plc;

· RDL Realisation plc;

· M & L Capital Management Global Funds ICAV; and

· EIH plc.

Within the past five years, Mr Miller has also served as a director of:

· Rapid Realisations Fund Limited;

· Loudwater Trust Limited;

· Gledhow Investments plc;

· Damille Investments II Limited;

· HWSI Realisation Fund Limited;

· The Local Shopping REIT plc; and

· M & L Property and Assets plc.

There is no other information which requires to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Mr Miller.
