SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company hereby announces that it was today notified that the Directors of the Company have today acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share, pursuant to the Placing and Offer for Subscription. The number of Ordinary Shares acquired by each Director is set out in the table below:
