Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Company announces that it has posted to shareholders the Notice convening the Company's AGM.  The Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2016 were posted to shareholders on 20 October 2016.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 24 November 2016 at 10.30 GMT.
