Notice of Annual General Meeting

Smart Metering Systems plc   (AIM: "SMS", the "Group"), which installs and manages smart meters, energy data, grid-scale battery storage and other carbon reduction ("CaRe") assets, confirms  that it has posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting.

The Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 and the Notice of AGM have been published on the SMS website:   www.sms-plc.com . Printed copies of the Annual Report can also be requested.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00 am on Thursday 18 May 2023 at SMS, 3rd Floor, 48 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TS.

Shareholders are encouraged to send in their votes using their proxy cards in advance of the AGM.
