("Coms" or the "Company")

Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 21 December 2015 that Mark Braund, Chief Executive Officer, through the JMC Trust purchased 2,350,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at a price of 1.06 pence per ordinary share. Mark Braund is a trustee and a direct beneficiary of the JMC Trust.

Following this transaction, Mark Braund is interested in 8,850,000 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.64% per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
