COMS PLC STRENGTHENS ITS BOARD WITH NEW APPOINTMENTS
Resignation of Board member
COMS PLC confirmed today the appointment of Iain Ross as Non-Executive Chairman and the appointment of two new non-executive directors - Stephen Foster and Gavin Wheeldon both of whom bring relevant industry and business experience.

"Stephen Squire Foster, aged 61 has an outstanding 35-year commercial and management track record in large businesses in international IT and Telephony sales and until his recent retirement was Vice President Sales for Siemens in the UK and Northern Europe. His contacts and experience will be invaluable to Coms as we build the business going forward. Stephen is being issued with 1 million warrants at an exercise price of 5p per warrant, which will vest over the next 24 months.
Gavin Lloyd Wheeldon, aged 37 founded Advanced Language Services which he eventually sold to Capita Group in 2011. Currently he is CEO of So Purple Group, the wifi company, and recently sold ADSL24 to Coms PLC. He has successfully built technology businesses and is a significant shareholder in Coms. His appointment will strengthen the Board from a business and technology perspective. Gavin is being issued with 1 million warrants at an exercise price of 5p per warrant, which will vest over the next 24 months.
Andrew Branson has resigned from the company. The company would like to thank Andrew for his hard work and efforts over the years.
Sue Alexander who joined the Group as FD last month will be resuming all Finance responsibilities. Over the last fourteen years Sue has worked in the telecommunications industry within the finance departments as Finance Director. Sue joined the telecommunications industry in 2000 and has successfully managed B2B Finance, Accounts Payable, Billing and Credit Control teams within Pipex, Tiscali, TalkTalk, O-bit (part of Daisy Group) and now Coms PLC. Sue has extensive experience in numerous acquisitions and Business Integration Programmes. She has a broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management and has also developed project management (PRINCE2) and operational skills throughout her career.
Finally I am delighted that Iain Ross, who was appointed to the Coms Board in February this year, has agreed to take on the role of non-executive Chairman and continue to provide me with counsel and guidance as I re-focus and build the business. Iain is being issued with 4 million warrants at an exercise price of 5p per warrant, which will vest over the next 24 months."
Mr Wheeldon currently holds, and has held (including all appointments during the five years preceding the date of this announcement), the following directorships and partnerships, other than of the Company:

On 6 March 2013, Intafood Limited, of which Mr Wheeldon was a director, was placed in voluntary creditors liquidation.
Coms confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in relation to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules in relation to Mr Foster's and Mr Wheeldon's appointments.
