Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

SmartSpace Software plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces- 'visitor reception, desks and meeting rooms',  announces that it has applied for 10,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 4 June 2021 following an exercise of employee share options.

Following the issue of the 10,000 new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have a total of 28,941,234 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 28,941,234.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
