Coms plc
("COMS" or "the Company")
COMS to exclusively provide internet telephony to the Federation of Small
Business's 210,000 members
COMS today launches an initiative with The Federation of Small Businesses
("FSB"), the largest business network in Britain, to provide members with a
business class internet telephony service, via the Redstone owned company, FSB
Telecom.
All 210,000 FSB members will receive an internet telephony account and telephone
number from COMS, whereby they can contact each other free of charge. Members
can sign up for the service from within the Members section of the FSB website
or by going to www.fsb-voip.co.uk, and their new COMS telephone number will
automatically be added to the FSB Members directory.
Sandy Harris, FSB Director of Member Services said "As the UK's leading business
organization it is important that our commercial partners continue to develop
exciting services for our members and I am sure that FSB VoIP will be a valuable
addition to the business networking opportunities available to our members
through our online directory."
FSB members will have the opportunity to upgrade their account to the full COMS
hosted internet telephony service, which will add flexibility and cost
efficiency to all of their business telecommunications.
Terry Martin, CEO of Coms plc said, "This is further evidence that Hosted VoIP
(IPCENTREX) has come of age and is relevant to every business in the UK.
Furthermore, the backing of the FSB is a tremendous endorsement of COMS and its
telephony system. I look forward to working with FSB Telecom to bring VoIP to
all of the 210,000 plus members of the FSB"
