Shareholding Notification

Coms Plc ("the Company") has been informed by Ian Smith, a director and CEO of and major shareholder in MXC Capital Limited, that he has sold from his personal SIPP, 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  As a result, Mr Smith now holds directly 5,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

MXC Capital Limited holds 55,145,833 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Accordingly, in the light of his personal shareholding and the shareholding of MXC Capital Limited, Ian Smith is interested, directly and indirectly, in a total of 60,645,833 Ordinary Shares representing 18.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
