Shareholding Notification

Coms Plc ("the Company") has been informed by Ian Smith, a director and CEO of and major shareholder in MXC Capital Limited, that he has sold, from his personal SIPP, 4,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  As a result, Mr Smith now has no direct holding of Ordinary Shares.

MXC Capital Limited continues to hold 55,145,833 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
