Interest in shares

Coms Plc ("Coms" or "Company") has today been notified that Mr David Breith acquired 18,000,000 existing ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 December 2012 and subscribed for 63,420,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.375 pence per share on 21 December 2012.

As a result, Mr Breith is now interested in 81,693,121 Ordinary Shares representing 25.44 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
