SmartSpace Software plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces, is pleased to announce that it will be announcing its Final Results for the year ended 31 January 2021, on Monday 10 May 2021. 

As part of the Final Results investor activity, the Company will be presenting at two investor forums:

MelloMonday:  Frank Beechinor, CEO, will be presenting and taking questions from participants on Monday 10 May 2021, taking place from 6pm to 9.30pm.  You can register here for the event using code SHVIP.

'Investor Meet Company' ("IMC") platform: Frank Beechinor, CEO and Bruce Morrison, CFO, will provide a live presentation relating to the Final Results via the IMC platform on Wednesday 12 May 2021 @ 12.00 midday.
