Coms PLC 19 February 2008 Coms plc ("COMS" or "the Company") Trading Update Following the termination of potential offer talks with Sim4Travel (Holdings) plc, the Company would like to update shareholders on the current status of the business. As at the year end of 31 January 2008, the Company had generated an un-audited revenue of £1.38M, which was inline with management's expectations. This represents a growth of 75% from H1 to H2 and revenue for the final month of the period was £0.17M. Current trading in February is inline with the previous month. The Company continues to focus on business customers that generate an average initial set-up fee of £70 per user and a recurring Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) of £16 per month. The Company's distribution business has built on its position as the largest seller of Vegastream VoIP to PSTN gateways in the UK, by signing authorised distribution agreements with a number of leading manufacturers including Polycom with its range of award winning VoIP handsets. In February 2008 the Company moved it's London head quarters to larger offices in the City, to accommodate the expanding sales and business development teams.
