The Company received notification today that Mr Antony Peverell Hichens, a
non-Executive Director and Chairman of Company, has today purchased 33,000
ordinary shares at a price of 149p per share.  Following this purchase Mr
Hichens holds 253,000 shares representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share
capital.
