SMITH & NEPHEW BRIEFING AT THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OF ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEONS
Smith & Nephew plc, the global medical devices company, will be holding a
meeting open to analysts and investors at the American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons (AAOS) on 15 February 2002 at 8.00am at the Wyndham Anatole Hotel in
Dallas, Texas. The meeting will focus on the products being exhibited by the
orthopaedic and endoscopy businesses at the Academy, the largest orthopaedic
congress in the world. It will be hosted by Smith & Nephew Chief Executive
Chris O'Donnell, with presentations from Larry Papasan, President of
Orthopaedics, and Ron Sparks, President of Endoscopy.
