Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc and the UK Listing
Authority for a total of 237,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission to admit the new
shares will be granted on Friday, 04 May 2001 and that dealings will commence
Tuesday, 08 May 2001.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the terms of the merger agreement with TI Group plc following the
exercise of TI Group share options.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
