This announcement replaces RNS number 7614D, released at 09.46am on 17 May
2001, the incorrect information relating to the application being made to the
UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc of 240,000 shares. The
correct information should read application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a total of 238,000 Ordinary shares.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Plc and the UK Listing
Authority for a total of 238,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission to admit the new
shares will be granted Friday, 18 May 2001 and that dealings will commence
Monday, 21 May 2001.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the terms of the TI Group (1990) Executive Share Option Scheme.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares.
