Notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14, that the Company has been informed that Donald Brydon, non-executive Chairman of Smiths Group plc, will be appointed as non-executive Director and Chairman Designate of Sage Group PLC with effect from 6 July 2012.  He will succeed as Chairman on 1 September 2012.
