NOTICE OF MEETING TO DECLARE AN INTERIM DIVIDEND AND ANNOUNCE RESULTS FOR HALF-YEAR

On Wednesday 25 March 2009 a committee of the Board is expected to declare an interim dividend on the ordinary share capital and announce the financial results of the Company for the half-year ended 31 January 2009. 

Subject to the declaration of a dividend, the 'ex-dividend' date will be 1 April 2009; the record date will be 3 April 2009; and the dividend payment date will be 24 April 2009.
