Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Smiths News is pleased to announce that Deborah Rabey will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 March 2023.
Deborah possesses a wealth of experience across supply chains, global sourcing, change management and general marketing, particularly within the retail sector, having spent 23 years with Tesco PLC (to October 2022), of which 14 years were at director level positions, most recently as UK Category Director, General Merchandise . She is currently Interim Chief Customer Officer at Wilko, the mixed-goods retailer, having joined earlier this month.

The Company confirms that there is no further information about Deborah Rabey requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
