On 10 May 2022, the purchase of 44,510 ordinary shares of 5p each for an average market price of 33.70p by a custodian on behalf of Mrs Sally Blackwood's investment ISA, Mrs Blackwood being a person closely associated to David Blackwood, Chairman. Mrs Blackwood is the beneficial owner of the acquired shares.
