Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 16 December 2022, it purchased for holding in treasury 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,289.45 pence per share.

 

Following this transaction, the Company has 5,500,000 ordinary shares held in treasury and 171,607,958 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
