g)	Additional Information	1.  Average price of shares acquired by the Trustee 2.  We note the recent downward trend in our share price which we believe to be as a result of the Coronavirus impact on global stock markets and not as a result of factors specific to the Smurfit Kappa Group, and as such we have continued to grant awards in line with our normal policy. The Remuneration Committee retains discretion under the Group's Performance Share Plan and the shareholder approved remuneration policy to override formulaic out‐turns at the end of the performance period to ensure that they are appropriate and reflective of overall performance and that there are not windfall gains.
