ANNOUNCEMENT

The publication time of the Preliminary Annual Results for 2023 is being changed, respectively on 29 February 2024, starting at 8:00 AM (Romanian time), compared to 8:00 PM (Romanian time) as initially announced in 22 February 2024. These will be available both in Romanian and English, in electronic format, on the company's website, at www.electrica.ro, section "Investors > Results and Reporting > Financial Results", https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/financial-statements-for-2023/.
