A N N O U N C E M E N T

on the Publication of Preliminary Consolidated Report for 2023

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that it will publish the 2023 Preliminary Consolidated Report on February 28, 2024 and will organize a conference call on February 29, 2024, as follows:

Ø The 2023 Preliminary Consolidated Report (unaudited) will be available starting with 8:30 AM (Romania time) on February 28, 2024:

·      on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro;

·      on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

·      on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investors - Annual Reports - 2023.

·      as a printed version, at the Company's headquarters, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.

The 2023 Preliminary Consolidated Annual Report is based on unaudited consolidated financial information prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.

An updated presentation of ROMGAZ Group will be available starting with February 28, 2024, on www.romgaz.ro, at Investors - Summary Results and Presentations for Investors.

Ø The conference call with investors and financial analysts, to present and discuss the preliminary results, will be held on February 29, 2024 starting with 1:00 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
