Regulation No. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A reports transactions concluded with affiliates based on the request for opening two term deposits without auto-renewal option, with the interest rate negotiated on December 21, 2023, so:
