·   Issuance of the Certificate of Registration of Financial Instruments by the Financial Supervisory Authority as a result of the increase of the share capital of S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A.

Societatea Nationala de Gaze Naturale Romgaz S.A. ("SNG") informs the shareholders and the investors upon the issuance, by the Financial Supervisory  Authority, of the Certificate of Registration of Financial Instruments no. AC-3948-2 from January 31, 2024, related to the increase of the share capital approved by  Resolution no. 17 from December 18, 2023 of SNG Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Pursuant to Resolution no. 17 from December 18, 2023, the SNG Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the increase of SNG share capital by RON 3,468,801,600, from RON 385,422,400 to RON 3,854,224,000, by issuing 3,468,801,600 shares, with a nominal value of RON 1/share, as well as the details of the corporate event, namely:

-     Date of registration: May 29, 2024

-     Ex-date: May 28, 2024

-     Date of payment: May 30, 2024
