                                  BOARD CHANGE





The Board of Screen Technology is pleased to announce that Tom Jarman, who
assumed the role of Interim Chief Executive in April 2006, has agreed to accept
the role on a permanent basis.



Tom, 43, qualified as a Chartered Engineer, will resign his position as a
Director and Senior Partner with MTI Partners, an early stage technology venture
capital company and the largest shareholder of the Company.



Peter Smyth, Chairman, commented : "We are delighted both by Tom's decision to
accept a full-time executive position on the Board and by MTI's support on this
decision. Since assuming the role of Interim Chief Executive in April Tom's
experience and leadership have been significant drivers in terms of the
development of the business. We strongly believe he has all the qualities with
which to lead the Company forward rapidly as we begin to enter the phase of mass
commercialisation of our innovative product."
