SCREEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC

DIRECTORATE CHANGE
The Board of Screen Technology announces that Tony Kellett has resigned as Chief
Executive Officer for personal reasons. He will cease to act as CEO and has
resigned as a director of Screen Technology and its subsidiaries with immediate
effect.
Tom Jarman, aged 43, is currently a non-executive director on the Board. He has
worked alongside Tony in developing the business and will assume the role of
Interim Chief Executive. Tom, qualified as a Chartered Engineer, is a Director
and Senior Partner with MTI Partners, an early stage technology venture capital
company and the largest shareholder of the Company. Tom started his career with
Renishaw, a world leading UK engineering and technology group, where he was
responsible for the development and international launch of a number of
breakthrough optical and electro-mechanical products. Subsequently he has held
Director level appointments in technical Development, Sales and Marketing roles.
Prior to joining MTI he was Managing Director of two technology businesses
delivering fast track growth and shareholder value.
A search has been initiated for a full time Chief Executive and the Board will
update on its progress in due time.

due time. In the meantime we have every confidence in Tom's leadership
and ability to continue to drive the Company forward through."
On the 30 March 2006 the Company updated the stock market by the way of a
trading update, at which time it confirmed that trading remained in line with
current market expectations and that the Company's cash position remains strong.
The Company expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31
December 2006 on 20 April 2006.
