     SCREEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR



Screen Technology Group Plc, the developer of large visual display screen
technology, announces that Simon Barton will be leaving his post as Finance
Director although he will continue with the Company until the end of June.  The
Company is actively seeking a replacement.



The Board will be making a further announcement as to Simon's successor in due
course.
