Exercise of Options

The Board has been notified that under the Screen Technology Limited non-EMI
Scheme 60,000 options have been exercised at 5 pence per share by an employee of
the Company.
Accordingly, application has been made for 60,000 new ordinary shares ("the
Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will
take place on 23 November 2006. In accordance with an agreement entered into
between the optionholder and the Company, the optionholder has agreed not to
dispose of the Shares before September 2007.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company
will increase to 32,608,970 ordinary shares.
