Appointment of Director

Printing.com plc (AIM: PDC), (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Christian Helmut Deckart as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Christian studied law in Germany before moving into investment banking. He brings considerable financial expertise to the Company having worked with Commerzbank in Frankfurt and Merrill Lynch in London, and as an investment analyst with RV Capital GmbH in Switzerland until June 2009. Christian is a Portfolio Manager at Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, which holds 7,623,528 shares in the Company, representing 16.03% of its issued share capital.

Dr. Christian Deckart, aged 35, currently personally holds no shares in the Company and has not held any director/partnership positions at any other company over the previous five years. There is no further information to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of his appointment as a Director of the Company.
