Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on the 25 September 2009, George Hardie, Chairman, purchased 78,425 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 34 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr. Hardie is now interested in 1,674,574 Ordinary Shares representing 3.78% of the issued share capital of the Company.
