Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company received notification on 10 March 2011 that on that day, Mrs Andrea Rafferty, the wife of Tony Rafferty, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 35.9p per share.
As a result of this transaction, Tony Rafferty's notifiable interest in the Company is now 8,662,222 Ordinary Shares representing 18.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Rafferty also states that he and his family (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) have no current intention of selling further shares in the Company.
