Resignation of Director

The Company announces that Hans Scheffer has resigned as a member of the Board of Printing.com. By mutual agreement he also leaves the board of the Group's Dutch subsidiary Media Facility Group BV ("MFG") and his management contract terminates.

Moving forward Printing.com's Chief Executive, Tony Rafferty, takes over direct responsibility for MFG.

Tony Rafferty commented, "The Board would like to thank Hans for his valued contribution since the acquisition of Media Facility Group and wishes him well for the future."
