In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ('DTR') the Company was
informed on 7 March 2007 by Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited ('USS')
that, in fulfilment of its obligations under Rule 5 of the DTR, as at close of
business on 20 January 2007, USS was interested in 1,000,000 ordinary shares of
1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing
approximately 3.73 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. These
Ordinary Shares are registered under Chase Nominees Ltd (USS).
