HOLDINGS IN COMPANY

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ('DTR') the Company was informed on 12 February 2009 by Barclays plc that, in fulfilment of his obligations under Rule 5 of the DTR, as at close of business on 11 February 2009, Barclays plc was interested in 3,947,801 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing approximately 7.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. These Ordinary Shares are registered under Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd.

Please note that the interested number of shares in which Barclays plc was interested as previously stated in our announcement of 4 February 2009 was 4,001,230, this number was incorrectly stated as it should have been 3,887,310.
