Dealings by a Director

Solid State plc (AIM:SSP), the AIM listed supplier of battery products, specialist electronic components and industrial/rugged computers to the electronics market, announces that it has today been informed that William Marsh, Non-Executive Director, yesterday transferred 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence to his wife, Mrs Barbara Marsh.  

Following this, Mr Marsh's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged.  In aggregate, Mr & Mrs Marsh hold 1,488,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 21.91 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
